Membership
One of the most effective ways to support our
cause is to become a member of our organization. They say there's power in
numbers. The more members we represent, the more likely we are to be heard
when attempting to have laws and regulations put in place to help protect the
general public and the environment from the hazardous and potentially lethal
refrigerant. To become a member of our ever growing organization, please
complete and submit our membership application.
Locking Refrigerant Caps
Refrigerant
"may cause death without warning!"
Be proactive, not reactive.
Contact your AC service provider today
and request locking caps be installed on
your AC unit. Your kids may not
tamper with the refrigerant in it, but
there's guarantee others won't. Do
not maintain an attractive nuisance,
protect yourself today.
AC Manufacturers
The design
of most existing AC units leave the
dangerous and potentially lethal refrigerant
easily accessible. It is
imperative that we pressure AC
manufacturers to include tamper
resistant locking refrigerant caps in
the design of their units.
Please contact as many AC manufacturers
as you can and urge them to include
these life saving caps on their units.

Consumer Product Safety Commission
The
existing design of most AC units is obviously
flawed in that it allows easy venting of
refrigerant through
external filling valves. This is
extremely hazardous and must be
immediately corrected. As consumers of
these
products, you have the right to report
such hazards to the Consumer Product
Safety Commission. We implore you to report
this hazard to the CPSC by filling out
their online form at
https://www.cpsc.gov/cgibin/incident.aspx.
Internet Scrubbing
Children
learn a lot of bad habits from the
internet, including how to huff
refrigerant. Please join us in our
efforts to rid the internet of media
which glorifies huffing and/or provides
instructions on how to huff refrigerant.
Many videos have already been removed
from file sharing websites, but new ones
pop up almost as quickly as we get them
removed. Please help us scour
these file sharing sites and report any
inappropriate materials to the provider.

We are
